bad smell limited selection
The breakfast plates were not washed properly. They had a bad smell. the food selection was limited, but acceptable? i also had difficulty opening the window in my room. I had to rely on the air conditioning.

The breakfast buffet had a good variety. Fresh food was constantly brought out. The location was very convenient to the shops and the harbor. I also appreciated that the room had an iron.
The pillows were too soft for my liking.

superb location breakfast selection modern decor friendly staff
The location was superb. Many restaurants were nearby! the breakfast selection had lots of choices. the hotel had modern decor i found cool! the staff was very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with questions or directions.
The wi-fi signal in the room was not very strong at times. It was sometimes slow.

The staff offered warm hospitality and was very professional especially at breakfast time. Kate was friendly and efficient. they were always on hand to answer questions and offer assistance making the stay very pleasant, very appreciated.

my room had a comfortable sofa bed, great! the bathroom had a clever mirror with good lighting and was very clean. the room was soundproofed very well ensuring a quiet and restful environment inside!

a decent stay
large room tv channels youtube app distant car breakfast temperature traffic warden
the rooms are large. the tv included all channels and even a youtube app. i found the internet worked good. i really enjoyed that aspect.
the car parking was far from the building. stopping outside was difficult due to traffic wardens. the breakfast i had was cold after 8:30. the lack of convenient parking was bothersome.

The check-in process was slow. There weren't enough staff available when i arrived. i also noticed the pictures in my room were quite dusty. it was a little off-putting.

modern hotel central location harbor proximity big variety
i found the hotel to be modern upon arrival. the location is central and near the harbor (i visited in july). the breakfast buffet offered a big variety of options to choose from.
the pillows were too soft, so it wasn't the best night's sleep i've ever had.

the breakfast included affordable options. a great selection of breakfast items was available, and the prices were appropriate (especially the coffee). the area for breakfast and the bar were located in the main downstairs area.
